The house itself is wonderful - clean, spacious and well equipped including a high chair and portable cot which was a life saver the big back yard was perfect for the dogs whilst we enjoyed the jacuzzi which is already set to temperature upon arrival. What are your payment terms?

All payments go through our payment processor which accepts all major debit and credit cards. 25% of reservation at booking. Balance 14 days prior to check-in.

Do I have to pay a Bond/Security Deposit?

We hate paperwork and physical bonds are so outdated. We will only take an Authorisation Hold on your nominated card as the security deposit. The hold will be lifted shortly after your stay.

Can I get a full refund?

Our refund policy is a full refund if cancelled 14 days prior to check-in.

Can we get early check-in / late check-out?

We always try and offer these if we have no other bookings or commitments. Please check with us closer to the date.
